Thrasher At The Girl Open House

Girl skateboards had their 8th annual open house the other day. They open the doors to their skate facility, feed everyone In and Out, and show the industry what to expect from Girl/Chocolate/Fourstar/Royal/Skate Mental/Lakai in the upcoming year. They do this pretty much so they don’t have to go to the tradeshows, which kickoff tomorrow down in San Diego. Have a laugh as Mike Vallely talks “business” with Landshark Wheels main man Kristian Svitak…

The Landshark Wheels team is currently Mike Vallely, Kristian Svitak, Bill Danforth (!) and Ben Raybourn. If you didn’t know Kristian Svitak is one of the guys behind 1031 Skateboards which has a mad underrated team. I think I need to feature them and some of their videos – check out Ben Raybourns padless 540 below Mike Vallely’s video part, quite nice!

Jeron Wilson is an OG: Original Girl rider. One of the more subtle guys on that stellar team, Wilson has held down a solid pro career for at least a decade and a half. Stop by my poster signing at ASR in the Grind for Life Chill Zone

Immediately after the Ollie Challenge on February 3rd at 4PM on the main floor at the ASR tradeshow, come(5PMish) on upstairs to the Grind for Life Chill Zone in room 25B where I will be doing a Poster Signing with Christian Hosoi and hopefully Chris Miller.
