You know what my definition of being good at something is? Doing something difficult and making it look effortless. I think this comes into play in skateboarding more than any other sport-ish activity I can think of. Since skateboarding is considered by many, including myself, to be more of an art, and an outlet for self expression, than a sport, how you did it, becomes more important than what you did.
