Skateboarding and warm weather were made for each other. Nothing beats a great session outdoors in a T-shirt and jeans. But while so much of our ideal about skateboarding is wrapped up in the Southern California dream of endless summer, skating carries on all over the world in places where the weather isn’t always so nice.
