Mike Vallely is one of the first East Coast pros to put the legendary Brooklyn Banks on the skate world map.
With news of ‘The Banks’ demise, Mike took the first flight to NYC in order to get in one last session before the imminent construction begins.
Have a look at this cool little video documenting Mike’s history with the spot and his recent visit.
Check out HUCK#019 for our exclusive feature on the Brooklyn Banks, out February.

Nyjah Huston has just launched a new website for I & I Skateboards.
The teenage rail destroyer’s stick company also has Anthony Williams and Richard Jefferson on the team, and is inviting “society at large to embark on a journey just to go skateboarding”.
In keeping with Huston’s own Rasta stylings, the decks heavily feature green, red and yellow, and a few ‘one love’ sentiments too.
One to watch in 2010 for sure…
