Luan Oliveira: The 2009 Tampa Am Champ

This past Sunday, Luan Oliveira was the best amateur skateboarder in Tampa, FL, and the entire state, and possibly the world. The Brazilian master of technical skateboarding edged out Ben Hatchell and thus became the winner of the 2009 Tampa Am at the Skatepark of Tampa.
